The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Advanced Program (YTT-300) is a full embrace of the ancient wisdom of yoga and designed to deepen your personal practice, while integrating yogic principles into your life, and guide you in transitioning to a yoga teacher and community leader. This comprehensive program includes integrating the essential skills – The principles and practice of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, anatomy and physiology, philosophy and ethics, and the art of teaching – Enjoy the yogic journey!

The YTT-300 Hour Advanced Program aims to be inclusive and the information presented is made accessible for any level of students wishing to deepen their personal yoga practice, and/or attain the training and practice to progress on the path of teaching Yoga.
Yoga Alliance is a U.S.-based nonprofit membership trade and professional organization for yoga teachers. Yoga Alliance fosters and supports the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of yoga. Upon successful completion of this training, practice and teaching experience, participants will be qualified to register as a RYT® 500 with Yoga Alliance.

This is a Non-Residential program. We can suggest budget to luxury accommodations for those traveling to the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area for weekend sessions. Local Airports – Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE).
